Before ordering, make sure the home is in compliance with zoning regulations of your municipality, as Drummond disclaims all liability therein. Home plans, reproducibles (pdf's), and CAD files are not returnable or refundable. The purchase of a reproducible plan is necessary to make any changes to plans.

No deliveries are made to military bases such as APO and EDO. The delivery time for our plans is usually 2 to 5 business days, except when more time is indicated in the detailed plan chosen, directly under the picture of the house.
