Plan Styles
Dual master suites for this 4 to 5 bedroom Country home plan
This generous 2992 sq. ft. layout is all about comfort and sharing. Of the 4 bedrooms, two are master suites with private baths. The inclusion of dual master suites allows elderly parents or guests to enjoy some space of their own. A generous family room with fireplace flows out to the adjacent covered terrace.

Upstairs, the master suite and private family room share access to an upper deck.

A three-car garage adds to the conveniences of this home and the homeowner has additional flexibility to develop the basement.

The curb appeal of this model is so popular that we have a number of related models with alternate floor plans and sizes. One of them is sure to please.

Questions or Comments on this plan
  1. Jessica 22 August 2012

how much would this cost to build in iowa? quad cities area

    • Customer service 22 August 2012

Good day and thank you for taking the time to write.

The only construction estimates that we have for our plans are those if built in Quebec, Canada.

You can access the cost estimate for this plan by clicking on "French" in the upper, right hand side of this page to get a ballpark idea.

This will bring you to our French site and the amount that you see on the first line of the technical details (fiche technique) is the estimate which was updated on January 18th of this year and includes everything except for land, taxes and hook ups to municipal services.

There will probably be a difference and your best resources are local contractors and material suppliers in order to know how much it costs to build in your area.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments.

  2. Erin Gurney 20 February 2011

I was wondering what the average cost per square foot is for this particular house plan?

We live in Saskatchewan, but would like to know what the cost is even if its based on Quebec costs.

    • Customer service 21 February 2011

      Dear Mrs. Gurney,

Thank you for your interest in Drummond House Plans.

The only price we have is starting at $483,000 which is a provincial average for Quebec. This price may not be accurate for Saskatchewan.

Should you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact me again. I will gladly answer any questions you may have.

      Best Regards,

      Doreen, Customer Service Department
