    Hello, Wondering what the cost to build this house would be on Prince Edward Island.

      Our estimates are provincial ones (province of Quebec)therefore cannot really be applicable to Prince Edward Island.
      I often refer customers to a local builder or material supplier. They are usually able to give you an approximate cost per sq/feet of construction for your region.
