I am interested in this plan but would not want stairs going down to a basement as this would be built on either a standard foundation or piers. How would that affect the layout?

Good day Ms. Frey and thank you for your interest in this plan.
The change to eliminate the stairs would include an enlarged closet with two doors in which the hot water tank would be installed but other than that the floor plan would remain relatively similar.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments.
Regards
Deb
