Take quality pictures of every elevation of your house and also interior pictures that are relevant to your renovation project.

Send us an email including photos, renovation details and contact information.

Generally, within 48 hours (2 business days) following the receipt of your documents, we will provide you with a
FREE COST ESTIMATE for your renovation plan.

|
Following your approval of the cost estimate, the estimator will indicate the dimensions that will be required for the design of your plan.

You will have to take the onsite measurements of your house with the help of the information that we will provide you and send them to us. To guide you

Conception of your preliminary drawings.
|
|

You are satisfied with the preliminary drawings, the professional from Drummond House Plans will then go ahead with the
conception of your detailed plans including all the drawings and details that are relevant for your renovation project.

|
We will send you 5 sets of blueprints of your renovation plans, along with a detailed materials list if you have chosen this option.
|
|
|
