Refurbish the exterior of the house in a significant manner but in deference to the neighbourhood. Put the emphasis on the main entrance. Replace the doors, windows and the existing brick.
Replace the car port with a garage and provide a new exterior look to the main facade especially. Relocate the staircase to make room for a new entrance. Redo the kitchen and the bathroom to make them more spacious. Increase the size of the master bedroom.
Add a garage with access to the back yard, the basement and the service entrance. Modify the facade ty replacing the windows and the asphalt shingles. Any interesting suggestion for the facade will be considered.
