Expand the house to get a new and comfortable master bedroom with its own bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Improve the service entrance and provide more storage space. Make sure the exterior of the house retains an esthetic look, well integrated to the neighbourhood.
Add a garage at the basement level. Above this basement add a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a living room. Renovate the bathroom. The investment being already substantial, preserve the style of the house.

While teenagers need more room, parents ,on the other hand, need more intimacy . So we are asked to add a new volume to the house for a new master suite with private bathroom.We are also asked to renovate the exterior to make it look different.
Add a carport with integrated storage in the roof. Add a new balcony to the left side of second story. Replace windows and garage door. Modify some openings. Replace siding and shingle. Give more style to the entire house.
