Expand the second floor to obtain a more interesting volume and also a fifth bedroom. Add a sun room on the rear side in harmony with the existing one. Cover the exterior walls with a new sheathing which preserves the country style. Replace the existing doors and windows.
Add a two car garage and a hallway. Change the windows and the exterior sheathing. Give the house a new look. Remodel the kitchen making it more comfortable and luminous.
