Add on two floors to provide a new living room on the ground floor and a bigger master suite upstairs. Remodel the ground floor with open areas. Rearrange a part of the upstairs to provide more storage and a den. Improve the exterior by adding a gallery and a screened shelter.
Increase the size of the house to obtain a new kitchen, a dining room and a large living room. We also took advantage to enlarge the master bedroom and the bathroom.
Replace the carport with a garage. The roof having to be replaced, seize the opportunity to give the house a whole new look. The porch can be modified. Aim for a more contemporary look.

Following a transfer of ownership within the same family, renovations are required to give a new look to the exterior of the house. While the interior is very convenient, we are expecting a radical change on the outside.
The house's location being much appreciated, the owners only want to refresh the exterior look, and include, if possible porches to better enjoy the overview. They are asking us to improve the foundation and exteriors walls' isolation. For them, the interior is perfect as it is.
