Add a garage large enough for two cars and an atrium, taking into account the existing access to the basement. Preserve the Charlevoix cachet of the actual residence. The project should also include a shaded patio.
Replace the car port with a garage and provide a new exterior look to the main facade especially. Relocate the staircase to make room for a new entrance. Redo the kitchen and the bathroom to make them more spacious. Increase the size of the master bedroom.
