Convert the one car garage into a two-car garage, add a second story with two rooms. Change the appearance of the house from "modern" to a more classic look.
Rebuild the garage on solid foundations. Add a story above it for a spacious living room. While we are at it, renovate the main floor bathroom. Replace all the doors and windows and give the main facade a new look.
