While teenagers need more room, parents ,on the other hand, need more intimacy . So we are asked to add a new volume to the house for a new master suite with private bathroom.We are also asked to renovate the exterior to make it look different.

The space above the garage will be ideal for the parent's private quarters. The mansard roof is removed and a few gables are added to provide a brand new facade.
