Replace the car port with a garage while keeping an access to the back of the house. Add an entrance hall in the front. Replace the doors and the windows. Redo the exterior sheating. Improve the appearance of the facade as well as the lighting.

Because of the close proximity to the lot boundaries, the garage has to be located very carefully. The same goes for the front entrance. The use of gables and mouldings is required to enhance the exterior of this cottage. We opt for the uniform use of acrylic compound to eliminate horizontal lines.
