Add a garage at the basement level. Above this basement add a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a living room. Renovate the bathroom. The investment being already substantial, preserve the style of the house.

The main entrance is modified to allow access to the new garage. We use the maximum width permissible which prevents the addition of windows on the side; so we add the maximum windows to the rear and in a more aesthetical way in the front of the house. Only the living room remains on the first level.
