Convert the back concrete stoop into a glass walled sun room with an outside deck for a table and the BBQ. Add a carport to the house with a covered access to the sun room.

The existing concrete stoop is very sturdy and provides a quality base for the project. Patio doors are used to build the sun room, providing plenty of light. For the carport, we need to do an angled cornice to provide the sheltered access at the new sun room.
