Replace the car port with a garage and provide a new exterior look to the main facade especially. Relocate the staircase to make room for a new entrance. Redo the kitchen and the bathroom to make them more spacious. Increase the size of the master bedroom.

There is sufficient room to attach a garage to the house. The staircase is relocated to a central position which helps improve the kitchen and the entrance. An overhung section makes room for a bathroom of sizeable porportions and we add to the facade side to improve the dimensions of the master bedroom. A new roof structure is required but will change the exterior look substantially.
