Improve the porch to better enjoy the beautiful scenery in the front and in the rear of the house. Replace the exterior sheathing of the walls and of the mansard roof. Improve the rear entrance. Provide more intimacy for the rear terrace.

More intimacy for the rear terrace is where it all begins. We suggest a screened porch for more intimacy. To preserve a certain balance, we add a gazebo similar to the opposite corner. Inside, a better use of the space makes the foyer and the bench possible. Outside, the metal roof is painted while new materials are used for the mansards and the walls.
