Refurbish the exterior of the house in a significant manner but in deference to the neighbourhood. Put the emphasis on the main entrance. Replace the doors, windows and the existing brick.

First we add a vestibule to the main entrance so as to get an overhang. From there we build around it to add gables and columns, which result in a totally new look.
