Change the car-port into a garage, provide certain amenities in a contiguous room (shower, toilet, washbasin). Add a foyer in place of the existing porch and refurbish into a welcoming entrance. Convert the new facade in a more contemporary and warmer style.

This is a very interesting and realistic project. The construction of a gable roof above the porch allows to merge seamlessly with the existing roof slopes for a contemporary look. The warm and contemporary look comes mainly from the use of red bricks on the facade and stones for the porch.
