Customer's Request
Plan the basement in order to have six (6) bedrooms for children and adolescents.

Modify the ground floor so that the master bedroom is placed in the turret and assure a sector for activities (kitchen - kitchenette, dining room and living room), with an abundant supply of windows, sufficiently large enough for a family of eight (8).

Enlarge the garage significantly enough to house two (2) cars and several bicycles.

Foresee some office space in the basement.

Suggest a sufficient entry closet.
