Q. What modifications can I make through your customization service?
A. There are no limits to the changes you can make, tell us how you would like your new home to be.

Q. How much does it cost to customize?
A. Please review our Modification Pricing Guide to get an idea of the starting price for particular changes. Please note this is only
a guide, once you have submitted your modification checklist, our experts will determine the complexity of the work and send you an
accurate cost estimate for you to review.

Q. How do I get started?
A. It's never been easier! Here's our step-by-step process:
• Select the home plan that most closely meets your needs.
• Provide the changes that you wish to make by filling in and submitting the online form, OR download the form in PDF format, and fax it
at 1-866-444-2571 OR email it to us at modifications@drummonddesigns.com. Feel free to provide sketches and drawings.
• You will receive your FREE cost estimate within 24 to 48 hours** (2 business days).

Q. How do I proceed once I've received the cost estimate?
A. Simply return the signed Cost Estimate Form along with your payment information, via fax or email. Once the accepted cost estimate
has been received, our design team will begin the modifications to your new home plan, a preliminary design will be emailed or faxed to you,
if applicable, for you to review the requested changes. After you approve the preliminary design the plans will be completed and shipped to
you.

Q. Why do I need to purchase a reproducible master in order to create modifications?
A. All plans on the Drummond Designs website having 6 digits with the prefix "WD" require the purchase of a
reproducible master in order to be modified or reproduced, as they are from designers other that Drummond Designs. The
reproducible master provides you with a copyright release or licence to reproduce from the original designer. This gives you the legal right
to modify and/or copy the original design. This procedure adheres to stringent standards set by the industry. However, if you select a
Drummond Designs plan, all plans having 4 digits and the prefix "W", and wish to modify it, then we can do so provided that
you purchase a minimum of 1 set of blueprints (study set). Saving you more than 0 on the original plan.

Q. What is the turn-around time for your customization services?
A. Depending on the complexity of your changes and our production schedule at the time of request, the time frame for completing
the requested modifications is anywhere from 10 to 30 business days*. Please inquire about the various options we have available regarding
final delays.

Q. How will I know which home plans are customizable?
A. All the home plans presented through publications and web sites are customizable, provided a reproducible master is
available.
