Inhabitable surfaces: The square feet (square meters) associated with the inhabitable surfaces (ground floor, second floor and basement when it is finished off) correspond to the total surface of the floor, including the exterior walls.

Uninhabitable surfaces that are excluded:

 • garages
 • bonus spaces
 • unfinished basements
