CAD Files
A Cad file is an electronic version of a house plan and contains all of the same information as a construction blueprint set, but in an electronic
format. It can be opened in most professional design programs such as AutoCad, allowing you to modify the chosen house. It comes with a license to
build only *one (1) house. Please note that the purchase of a reproducible set, PDF file or CAD file is necessary before any individual or agency
other than Drummond House Plans may make any changes to your chosen plan.
PDF Files
The PDF file is also an electronic document identical as the construction blueprint set, but it cannot be opened in design softwares (such as AutoCad).
It comes with a license allowing you to modify the chosen house, and to build only *one (1) house from it, and to print as much as fifteen
(15) copies of the chosen plan for your personnal use! Please note that the purchase of a reproducible set, PDF files or CAD files is necessary before
any individual or agency other than Drummond House Plans may make any changes to your chosen plan.
