Dear Mr Valdes,

Thank you for your interest in Drummond House Plans.

The $150 fee is a standard fee to reverse the plan. Our techinical department has to do some work on the plan to reverse all the technical details and re-write the information. Ordering the plan reverse can save you time and money since your builder will not have to reverse it on-site, which can avoid some mistakes and confusion.

I'm interesed in Plan: W2939B-V1 (reverse reading) one story plus finished basement but I'm having a hard time justifying the $150 charge for reverse reading... Is there anything cost wise that you can suggest//help me with
