Good day Ms. Collins and thank you for your interest in our plans.

This plan has a full basement foundation for which there are no divisions for the rooms. The basement is a large room whose only walls follow the outside walls of the first floor.

The plans that have a finished basement are accompanied by a floor plan for the basement level on which the rooms can be seen.

If you would like to modify this plan to finish the basement as required and add a two car garage, all you need to do is to fill in the on line modification form attached below
