A pretty promenade!
Seeing the undeniable popularity of model 3900, (which can be viewed on our site we thought it well to offer a larger version which proposes more room layouts while maintaining the popular exterior. After all, the charm of this model is attributed to its pleasing shape, wraparound porch and exterior covering materials such as the country siding and the cedar shakes on the roof. This house is a real heart stopper.

In this variation, the kitchen, dining room and the living room become larger with respect to the initial model, whereas the bedroom and the bathroom are reorganized thus allowing a panoramic view from the main level master bedroom.

The basement, proposes two very beautiful bedrooms with excellent storage, a bathroom identical to the one on the main level and which is envied by many homeowners, as well as a comfortable family room with a patio door opening under the deck thereby offering two well-dimensioned covered outdoor spaces.

Main level: 9' ceiling: Foyer, kitchen with island and lunch counter, dining area, family room with four large windows thereby ensuring a panoramic view, master bedroom with walk-in closet and comfortable bathroom with separate toilet.     if I purchase this plan w3930 can I use concrete blocks or stucco exterior instead or will that be an additional cost?

      Since this model was created with 2 x 6 wood construction, change to concrete blocks or stucco exterior would require modification to the plan.
