    Is the space above the garage useable space?

      Good day and thank you for your interest in this plan.

      Although the bonus space above the garage, accessible via a pull down stair case, is 7' high between the dotted lines, the ceiling slopes down to a knee wall height of 3'4" so it is better suited for storage space as opposed to actual living space.
