Plan Styles
An imposing 4 bedroom cottage
Elegant and imposing at the same time, this cottage is different by its exterior with brick, aggregate and asphalt shingles on different volumes.

Inside, well distributed spaces are on each level and once more, the staircase location allows to maximize the square footage on each floor.

On main floor, a living room is organized around a fireplace next to the dining room, as where the laboratory kitchen offers an original dinette including a second living room space, with an access to a covered patio, which is more and more appreciated.
