A Contemporary style that's full of surprises
Amongst the models in Drummond House Plans’ contemporary collection, this split level model with a single car garage has been designed with a relatively narrow lot in mind. The family area in the back of the home opens onto a beautiful covered terrace that is 19’ wide x 10’ deep.
Following the example of plan 3407, from which the design for plan 3470 was inspired, the comfortable sized foyer and spacious closet are adjacent to a home office space complete with a walk-in. The open concept in which kitchen /dining room/living room areas are enhanced by a view of the fireplace. The large kitchen island adds valuable work space and a walk-in pantry are some of the features which enhance the livability of this contemporary styled home.
