CAN YOU MAKE A V-2 OF THIS PLAN FOR PEOPLE WITHOUT KIDS....
1. Open up the spaces (open concept with cathedral ceilings)
2. Can this plan have only one bedroom ?
3. Can you switch the stairs closer towards the main entrance?

Can you have a option to have this exact plan with only one bedroom on this floor (Master bedroom), with less bedrooms enlarge the laundry room, bathroom & Master bedroom / walkin closet. Garage with stairs to the basement & first level. Plus at the main entrance have the stairs at the entrance like in plan W3128-V2 to open up more space in the house (open concept)
