    What would be the average cost to build it in Quebec? We are just looking for an approximate amount...

      The building cost we have for this plan is 222,000$ to 260,000$. As you mentionned, these are provincial averages (Quebec) that may vary from 10 to 30%.

    I'm looking for a west coast open house plan on crawl space, 8/112 pitch, anywhere 1,300 to 1,500 s/f. I don't see anything on your site. Do you have anything like that or are you on the other coast.

    Hi,

    Just have a question regarding plan no W3260-V2. It states that there is a bonus space and I assume it the second floor garage... Just wondering what would be the dimension of the room on the 2nd floor of the garage if we would use that bonus space?

      Thank you for your interest in Drummond House Plans.

      The bonus room above the garage would be 14'-0" x 23'-0", and is accessible by pull-down stairs (not shown on the floor plan). The garage area will be corrected shortly to include the pull-down stairs and remove the stairs shown, which are irrelevant. We apologize for the confusion.
