Country style, 3 bedroom, single story home
Originating from the very popular 2185 model, 2185-V2 is enhanced with two extra feet of depth and three feet added to the living room to bring it into perfect alignment with the left side which allows a certain cost reduction for this amount of windowed space.
Inside, the enlargement has created enough space for a 15’ x almost 17’ kitchen/living/dining area which is 14’ deep instead of the original 12’ depth. The master bedroom too enjoys an increase in size from 12’ x 14’ to 14’ x 14’ with an enlarged, walk-in closet and the size of the shower in the adjoining bathroom has been increased to 42” x 54”. The two secondary bedrooms are also slightly larger.
Plan 2185-V1 is another version with larger secondary bedrooms due to an increase in depth of 6’ from the original plan 2185.
