Enlarged version of a popular plan When we pay attention to original plan 2163, it dawns on us that we probably have seen it built in a residential ara close to us. It's a fact that this plan was a huge success. Here is an enlarged version that will offer you even more! Let's start outside. We notice a change on main facade where stone has been added on the entire left volume and at the bottom of central and right volumes for a warmer and more distinct look. Inside, we appreciate a foyer with a large coat closet, and further, an entirely open activity area with a different layout including a fireplace shared between the living room and dining room which is enhanced by a bay window. We are amazingly surprised with an angle kitchen and we acknowledge a computer area nearby that a lot of parents will appreciate. The staircase which is back to back with the kitchen wall, is angled also for a totaly different look. Two bedrooms that both have large closets and finally, a bathroom with an independant large shower.
