Popular as a cottage with room for “toys”, as an interim dwelling while the main house is being built or as a guest suite or mortgage helper, this little dwelling unit packs a lot of features into a small footprint. The ground floor features a nice size garage with workshop, laundry and interior or exterior access to the staircase. Since we do no actual construciton, the only estimates we have for building these homes is for Quebec, Canada.

Due to the probable difference in costs, these estimates may help give you a ballpark figure and you can access the pertinent site by simply clicking on "French" in the upper, right hand portion of this web page.

You will find the estimate in the center of the page on the first line of the technical details section.

The estimates are for the complete building but do not include the cost of land, taxes and hook ups to municipal services.
