Friendly front porch
A front porch with picket railing creates a pleasing welcome to this compact cottage. An enclosed entry provides a nice weather shield and, upon entry, the eye travels upward to the cathedral ceiling which adds a feeling of an enlarged space in the living room. The living room is separated from the kitchen and dining area by pocket doors allowing your choice of open space or separation.
