This model was based on Model number 3459 that you may view at www.dessinsdrummond.com . The above mentioned cottage is conceived in a manor-type approach or if you will a European style.
Nothing is left to chance in order to please this well-advised clientele, looking for a certain comfort and especially four (4) bedrooms. On the ground level, the hall entry is rather comfortable with its main entry cloakroom. It also boasts an entry from the garage, 9-foot ceiling and a good sized family room. The dining room is amply fenestrated, not to mention the lunch counter in the kitchen along with a walk-in type pantry. A bathroom cabinet has been included near the garage entrance for convenience sake.
