Detail du plan W3443
Plan Styles
Perfectly simple
Who said you have to rough it in the woods? This charmingly simple 400 sq. ft. recreation cottage cleverly accommodates all creature comforts, including a bedroom, shower room, kitchen with dining area, living room and even space to warm up next to a wood stove. Of course, the porch is the crowning glory - a perfect place to relax before or after fishing or a hike.

This cottage would be equally as enjoyable as a guest suite or mortgage helper where zoning allows.

  2. Hunter Justin 17 March 2014

How much will this building cost, estimation!

    • Customer service 17 March 2014

Good day and thank you for taking the time to write.

Since we do no actual construction, we have only a ballpark estimate for materials cost in Quebec (Canada), the amount of which is around $20,000. but your local suppliers would be better able to inform you as to the actual materials costs for your area.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments.
      Regards
      Deb
