Dear Mr Elsey,

Thank you for your interest in Drummond House Plans.

For Plan #2988, the height measured from the ground to the mid-point between the peak to the eve is 16 feet and 4 inches. The height measured from the top of the foundation to the mid-point between the peak to the eve is 15 feet and 8 inches.

I am considering building plan W2988 ... a two car garage with storage area above. The question is: my municipality has a height restriction of 14 feet 9 inches - measured at the mid point between the peek to the eve. does this plan meet that requirement?
