We want to use this plan( Plan no.W2979-15
The Carriage Colonial 1) as a workshop. I don't need the garage door and would like the gable to face the longer part of the building(flip the current roof) Is that possible and how much would that cost?

Thank you for your interest in Drummond House Plans.

The roof pitch for this plan is 14/12. The 2nd floor ceiling is sloped and the highest part of it is at 8 feet.
