You’ve spotted a remarkable lot on a waterside but it is somewhat narrow? See what Drummond Designs proposes as a solution to such a problem.
Taking into account the narrowness of the lot, the view of the waterway and considerable winds which cannot be ignored, this cottage reveals itself to be an efficient solution with its liveable attic, and the corner sunroom permitting the recreation of an inside backyard at the shelter from the winds, and its garage which assures an indispensable asset for such a property.
Inside,we notice an open entry two storeys high adorned with a very inviting angled stairway.
