Thank you for your interest in Drummond House Plans.

This house is designed with a wood frame. The house is 27'-8" x 32'-0". It is designed for cold climate but not for earthquake areas. We do not have a price for your country, you may want to contact local builders to get this information. We provide the plans only, we do not build. Therefore, for a shipping price, you will have to contact house manufacturers directly. The ruff materials is wood. As for your questions 5 and 6, would you please explain exactly what information you need.

3) This house can stay during the strong winds
4) what is the sustainability of this house in report of earthquakes?
5) The internal surface of house has any special material or is directly in contact with outer surface boards?
6) If it has internal surface, between two surfaces has any other material?
