As for the building cost for NL, we only have provincial averages for Quebec, since that is where we are located. The price we have is $187,000 to $223,000. Note that this price may not be accurate for your area.

Hi,
I was wondering if you are able to give me a general building estimate for this house in NL. I was also wondering if it's possible to change to staircase so that you go up the stairs closer to the kitchen rather than as you come in the front door. Any info would be great.
