Comfortable 4 bedroom model with triple garage
Designed after a visit by our chief designer to the American west coast, this model, designed in Craftsman spirit and which can be found in abundance in that part of the country, is a reflection of American thinking, first by the presence of a triple garage and two covered porches at the front as well as the rear, and second by that vast bonus space located above the triple garage and which each will appreciate laying out according to their personal needs.
Inside, this American thinking translates into a 9 foot high ceiling on the main level, with the exception of the family room where the ceiling extends over two levels (18 feet high), by a remarkable master bedroom suite on the main level with a fireplace, reading area, large walk-in closet and complete bathroom, by a fireplace shared by the family and dining rooms, both abundantly windowed (see rear view) and finally and always on the main level, by a remarkable kitchen with central island, large pantry and a breakfast area in the solarium. A laundry area is located conveniently between the house and garage.
On the upper level, we find access to that superb bonus area located above the triple garage, a reading area in the mezzanine, two bathrooms and three bedrooms, one of which is a guest suite. Each of the bedrooms is spacious enough for a double bed.
