A helpful feature for each plan can be found above the floor plan(s) by clicking on the "view room details" link where you will find a grid that includes many dimensions not available on the floor plan itself.

The bathroom between the two bedrooms on the second floor is 9'8" wide x 8'6" deep, the master en suite is 16'7" wide x 11'8" deep and the walk in closet in the master bedroom is 12'6" wide x 6'5" deep.

Although we do no actual building, we do include construction estimates for building on our French site.

All you need to do to access this information is to click on "French" in the upper right hand corner of the web page.

You will find the information on the first line of the technical data section which can serve as a ballpark figure for building in your area.

The cost includes everything except for the land, taxes and hook-ups to municipal services.
