We do not have a smaller version of this plan. However, we have two plans that are similar, plans 2686 and 2611. Note that all of our plans can easily be modified. W-2655 I love this layout-is it available on a scaled down version to roughly 2000 to 2600 sq. feetÉ also-what does a square with a dotted line X thru it mean in the kitchen. thanks Bridget
