A Most Remarquable Interior

Designed to answer to the requirements and building methods of contractors in new residential developments, this model has still much more to offer.

So, in addition to the lowered garage which simplifies things for builders, this cottage proposes two covered galleries, one at the front and the other at the rear attached to the dining room.

The main level in itself is all the rage with a 9 foot ceiling throughout, a large entrance foyer, a living room with windows on three façades for maximum natural lighting, a very adequate dining room, a kitchen with corner cabinetry and central island/lunch counter and a laundry room which is independent from a convenient half-bath.

On the second level, on two different landings, we first come to a very spacious master bedroom with a ceiling sloping towards a flat ceiling reaching 9 feet for a very particular cachet and, on the next landing, a vast bathroom with large well dissimulated shower, comfortable bathtub, double vanity sinks, toilet and bidet. Not to be outdone, are two just as impressive secondary bedrooms, each with a large walk-in type closet.
