Dear Mr Nuttall,

Thank you for your interest in Drummond House Plans.

The prices we have are averages for the province of Quebec and they include both materials and labor. We do not have the breakdown for these costs. And they most probably are not accurate for Saskatchewan. To get an accurate materials cost for your area, you can purchase the materials list and have quotes done by local building materials suppliers.
