Dual vocation original cottage
With a front width of only 28 feet, not including the porches, we can say that this dual vocation cottage is original since it combines the urban aspect with its well-integrated garage and the country look for panoramic sites with its porches and interior rear-oriented layout. Model 2937, from which this plan was created, is the source of other similar models whose popularity never ceases to grow.
Inside, a foyer with a more than adequate coat closet and a half-bath with laundry facilities nearby, leads to an entirely open activity area where the layout for the kitchen, dining room and living room blend admirably well. Here, and in the 2-bedroom version, the living room with cathedral ceiling and mezzanine give this room its country charm.
On the second level, which is accessed by a stairway directly from the living room thereby maximizing interior space, we appreciate the two options available, a 2-bedroom version and a 3-bedroom version (both included in the plan). For each version, the master bedroom holds our attention with its walk-in closet and a balcony overlooking the rear and its potential for panoramic views.
