This cottage-style home has a distinctive and elegant presence. Although only 30 feet wide, this home features a double garage and spacious entry. The narrow design is hardly noticed within due to a creative open floor plan and unique features. The generous entry features an original and bright staircase – a remarkable visual effect when entering the home. The sunken living room is embellished by a fireplace and structural pillars.
