This cottage is another very popular model. Initially offered without garage (model 2709), this model lends itself particularly well to the addition of a good sized garage. The gallery ending on the front wall of the garage allows for a more aesthetic and imposing mass than usual, therefore offering much more storage.
Inside, localization of the laundry room and the half-bath of original model 2709 also contribute to a garage layout with a functional access to the house.
Beautiful living spaces are offered on the main level as well as the second level. We need only pay attention to the comfortable breakfast area which is amply windowed to the rear, to the beautiful master bedroom with a walk-in closet, to the reading area which many will appreciate converting into a computer corner and to the second level bathroom embellished by a corner bath and shower, which are much sought after.
